So you can plan ahead. On nights the Parlor Bar is reserved, the lower-level Bunker Bar stays open to all diners.
Throughout the year, and especially in peak season, the Parlor Bar may be reserved for private events.
On those evenings the Bunker Bar, on the lower level of the Club, welcomes all guests with bar seating, handcrafted cocktails, and live entertainment.
Dates marked with an asterisk (*) are full property buyouts. Ember & Eagle is fully closed to the public on those dates.
